Today I had beef yukke✨
Yukke is a Korean dish where raw beef is cut into thin strips, mixed with a sweet and spicy sauce, and topped with egg yolk.
I’ve eaten a lot of seafood yukke, but this is my first time having beef yukke!
I’m so happy♡
It’s wagyu beef yukke🥩
It was so fresh that there was no meaty smell at all♡
The seasoning is sweet and spicy, and it’s delicious, like grilled meat😋
It goes great with rice and beer✨
I had it with vinegared rice, cucumber, broccoli sprouts, and Korean seaweed for a refreshing taste.
It’s especially refreshing when eaten with vegetables♪
