Today I ate Karetuk Tteokbokki✨
Karettok is a Korean rice cake made from glutinous rice. It is 2.5cm in diameter. It is thicker and longer than Tteokbokki!
I wanted to eat a giant Tteokbokki, so I’m happy to be able to eat it♡
The Tteokbokki sauce is homemade.
I made it with gochujang, sugar, soy sauce, and chili peppers🌶️
It was less spicy than store-bought sauce and had a sweet taste, so it was really delicious♡
I was able to eat it without being afraid of the spiciness lol
It was delicious with plenty of mozzarella cheese, which gave it a more mellow taste💛
I heard that Tteokbokki goes well with pasta, so I boiled gnocchi with it, which was also quite good.
There is also cheese kimbap and radish pickles.
Tteokbokki, cheese kimbap, and radish pickles are the best combination😋
